Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a 48-24 hour cancellation notice. All late cancellation will be charged up to 50% of the session. No-call/No-Show clients will be charged full fee of session booked.
Repeat “No-Shows” will not be allowed to rebook. All sessions must be booked using a valid credit card.
A notification will be sent before any Cancellations/No Show fees are applied.
Late arrivals will receive the remainder of their session, unless indicated otherwise by the therapist.
In cases of Emergency, it is the discretion of Arrise to waive any fees with less then 24hrs notice.
