Soul Recalibration

In-person session. Guided energy work to harmonize the chakras, restore flow, and bring the mind, body, and spirit into balance. We begin with a heart to heart plática to tune into your intentions and bring to the surface what needs to be held or transmuted from there we flow into the session for activation, channeled messages and integration. This is a 2 hour hands on session with 30min buffer added into for integration.

Maternity Massage

Bodywork tailored to the needs of birthing people or postpartum recovery. Supports relaxation, emotional balance, and holistic preparation or recovery. Prenatal sessions begin at 13 weeks gestation. Postpartum session begin 1 week postpartum. 2 weeks after Cesarean.

Reiki Training I & II

Awaken: Journey To Self. Discover ways to connect with universal life force through this Japanese Self healing technique. Learn Reiki foundations, self-healing, and how to share Reiki with others. Includes attunements, manuals, and guided practice. Certificate upon completion. Reiki Lv 1- 2 day class held virtually and in-person. Reiki Lv 2 Online 2 day class. In-person clinic held Monthly, highly recommended after attunement to practice. Class is designed to give you time to integrate initiations. After sign up a google form will be sent out with class details and further information on class selections

Postpartum Healing/Integration

Pay as you go Postpartum Services. Nurture your first 40 days with in home support after vaginal or cesarean birth. Help with light duties, movement and baby care needs. Postpartum support and care helps reduce risk of PPD. It takes a village, I can be part of yours!

Birth Support Only

Simple, Grounded support for Birth On-call support starting at 37 weeks (24/7) 1 virtual call and introduction. Continuous Labor & Birth Support up to 14hrs Option for special pricing towards a prenatal or PP body recovery.
