In person sessions are from age 5-17. Must be accompanied by caretaker/guardian/parent. Open to working with infants at parent request this can help with healthy growth, sleep, relieve colic, sleep anxiety’s, speed recovery from surgery or illness/colds & more **May be done in person or virtual**

Reiki Meditation

Reiki Infused guided meditation to open the Heart space, balance chakras or simply reset. If time allows an Oracle card may be pulled at end of session to deepen experience.
